Maple weekend is an event that is celebrated every year between March 18-19 and March 25-26. It takes place in several locations of farms. The people celebrate and learn about the processes of making maple sugaring. It is a New York yearly traditional event. The public gets the chance to taste the pure natural maple syrup. They also show how maple syrups are made in addition to how other maple confections are made.
